EVENING MENUS
Dinner tastes twice as great after an eventful day in the Gastein Valley. Here, it is likewise important to us to use products from the region and to make as much ourselves as possible. Our evening menus leave no wishes unfulfilled:
- Crisp, fresh salads with homemade vinegar and oil from the buffet
- Hauserbauer delicacies with products from local farmers

- Herbs from our herb garden
- From light delicacies to hearty Gastein farmers’ specialities
- Delicacies evening with Gastein specialities, gourmet menu, raclette and grill evening, starters buffet or dessert buffet

TIP! Visit us for lunch or coffee & cake! Our kitchen as well as the homemade delicacies attract not only many locals to the mountain! (not included in the half-board)
