Arrival: The rooms are available starting from 14:00 o'clock
Departure: We ask to make the rooms to 11:00 o'clock free
Payment: You can pay your hotel bill in cash or with EC card
Cash payer bonus: For cash payment at the arrival, we grant 2% on the room bill

Pre-payment
The reservation is valid after a pre-payment of € 150,- per room. The deposit is always withheld in case of a cancellation or will be credited.

Cancellation conditions
Up to 1 month before holiday no cancellation costs. Within 1 month to 1 week 50% of the pension price. In case of cancellation within one week before holiday or early departure, 80 % of the booked stay are charged. .
